2024-03-01 Hero Mavrick Launching Soon

The anticipation has finally come to an end as Hero MotoCorp officially launches the much-awaited Hero Mavrick 440 in India. As the bookings open up, enthusiasts are gearing up to experience the power and style that this new addition brings to the market. Along with the launch, Hero MotoCorp has announced an exciting offer for early birds – customers who pre-book the vehicle before March 15th will receive a complimentary Maverick welcome kit, adding more thrill to the purchase.

CG motors have been recently named the new authorized distributor for the company in Nepal and is pushing the initiative to construct a Hero Assembly Plant in Nawalpur. Which means that there is a high chance for Hero Mavrick to be launched in Nepal sooner than expected.

The Hero Mavrick comes in three variants- Base, Mid, and Top in India which have differences on a few specifications like wheel types, colors and price. But it’s still unclear on which variant of the bike will be launched in Nepal.

Inspired Design

Drawing inspiration from the iconic Harley-Davidson X440, the Hero Mavrick 440 makes a bold statement on the roads. The design is reminiscent of the classic cruiser, with a robust fuel tank and a circular LED headlight arrangement that exudes confidence. The bike's overall aesthetics are further enhanced by sleek turn indicators and LED daytime running lights. While the entry-level version comes with spoked wheels, the premium variants sport chic alloy wheels, adding a touch of sophistication to the design.

Power-packed Performance

The Hero Mavrick 440 is powered by a 440cc BS6-2.0 engine, jointly developed by Hero and Harley-Davidson. This powerhouse delivers 27 PS of power and 36 Nm of torque, promising an exhilarating riding experience on the streets. With disc brakes on both the front and rear, the Mavrick 440 ensures reliable stopping power, while its 13.5 L fuel tank capacity offers ample range for long rides.

Variants and Colors

Available in three variants and five vibrant colors, the Hero Mavrick 440 caters to a wide range of preferences. From the classic Artic White to the bold Fearless Red and Celestial Blue, each variant offers a distinct personality. The top variant comes in Phantom Black and Enigma Black, adding a touch of mystique to the lineup.

Distinctive Features

Setting itself apart from the competition, the Hero Mavrick 440 boasts wide handlebars and prominent metallic elements that enhance its road presence. Equipped with a 440cc long-stroke oil-cooled engine, it offers an impressive 90% of its torque at a low 2,000 rpm, ensuring responsive performance in various riding conditions.

Rich Riding Experience

The Mavrick 440 is packed with features to elevate the riding experience. A fully digital instrument cluster provides essential information at a glance, while Bluetooth connectivity allows seamless integration with smartphones for calls, text notifications, and turn-by-turn navigation, ensuring riders stay connected on the go.

Built for Durability

Built on a trellis steel frame, the Hero Mavrick 440 shares its platform with the Harley Davidson X440, emphasizing its robust build quality. The bike's suspension system, consisting of telescopic front suspension and dual shock absorbers at the rear, offers a smooth and comfortable ride, while alloy wheels ensure durability and style.

Hero Mavrick’s base variant features a spoke wheel, whereas the mid and top variants are equipped with alloy wheels. Furthermore the high end variant of the bike showcases an additional diamond-cut finish. Also, other differences include tubeless tyres in the mid and top variants while the base model is not given the same privilege.

Expected Price in Nepal

As excitement builds for the Hero Mavrick 440, enthusiasts in Nepal can expect the bike to be priced at NRs. 6,49,000/-. This competitive pricing combined with its impressive features and performance makes the Mavrick 440 a compelling choice for riders looking to make a statement on the roads of Nepal.

Talking about the rivals and competitors of the Hero Mavrick 440 we have the likes of Royal Enfield Classic 350, Jawa 42 and Honda Highness CB350. All of these contemporaries are efficient and profound machines.

In conclusion, the launch of the Hero Mavrick 440 marks a significant milestone for Hero MotoCorp, offering riders a powerful and stylish option in the mid-size cruiser segment. With its distinctive design, rich features, and competitive pricing, the Mavrick 440 is poised to carve a niche for itself in the hearts of motorcycle enthusiasts across India and Nepal.
