Yamaha has launched a new scooter that is aiming to rejuvenate the maxi-sports scooter line. The new offering in the lineup of maxi-sports scooters is the Yamaha Aerox 155. According to MAW Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Nepal's only approved distributor of Yamaha scooters, the company is currently working to introduce this segment of scooters. Yamaha Nepal had previously planned to launch the new Aerox at the NADA Auto Show 2022, but to everyone’s horror, the event got canceled. But things have turned around for the better this time, and we are expecting the launch of this new line of scooters within the next few weeks.
Yamaha had previously launched the Yamaha Nmax 155 into the Nepali market, hoping to kickstart the maxi-sport scooter line. But unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. But with this new iteration of the maxi-sport scooter, things are about to change, as it comes equipped with the essence of the R15 engine to power itself; making it the most powerful scooter in its segment!
This sporty and dynamic scooter has been designed to provide a thrilling riding experience and is packed with a range of features that make it a desirable option for commuters and adventure-seekers alike. It comes into direct competition with the Aprilia SXR 160.
