Once again the NIU e-scooters have increased their product portfolio with the addition of two new e-scooters i.e. NIU MQI GT and UQI GT. They got their official launch on Daraz Nepal. It is an improved and updated version of the more youthful MQi + Sport. Additionally, it performs more powerfully than its identical UQi GT counterpart. Lets dive into the specifics of the NIU MQI GT.

Speaking of appearances, NIU MQiGT features the same clean style as its identical twin. It has Smart LCD Dashboard and Light Sensor Headlamps.

Along with a few cuts and lines, the side panel has a streamlined, modern appearance. You get a pillion grab bar and an integrated LED taillight at the back.

Wider and more comfy, the seat. Additionally, there is enough room for both the rider and the passenger.

Additionally, there are five distinct color choices available: Black, Blue, Red, Grey, and White.

NIU MQI GT Motor and Battery

The brand-new MQiGT is propelled by a Bosch motor and a 4th generation NIU Lithium-ion battery. It has a top speed of 80 Kmph and a 2400W maximum power output.

Depending on the mode, the 48V, 31Ah power unit has a reported range of 90–130 kilometres. Usually, it takes 4-5 hours to fully charge.

It also has a linear power supply and a FOC motor control system for real-time data processing.

NIU MQI GT Suspension and Brakes

Steel bumpers that wrap around the MQiGT complete it. It includes two hydraulic dampers up front and two hydraulic springs in the back for suspension.

The scooter can be stopped with the help of its front and rear hydraulic discs. Additionally, it incorporates an electrical braking system that, when the brake is applied, regenerates power.

This electric scooter has 14-inch alloy wheels on the front and back. Additionally, the rear tires are 110/80-14, while the front tires are 90/90-14.

The outside measurements of MQiGT are 1890mm in length, 740mm in width, and 1223mm in height. This scooter has a 180 mm ground clearance and a kerb weight of 115 kg.
