Yamaha R15M
The Yamaha R15M is a sport bike made by Yamaha Motor Company. It is a smaller, more compact version of the R15, with a 155cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine. The R15M has a six-speed manual transmission and a lightweight aluminum frame, which helps it achieve a top speed of around 130 km/h. It also has a digital instrument panel, LED lighting, and an aerodynamic body design. The suspension is made up of an upside-down telescopic fork in the front and a monoshock in the rear, and it comes with a single disc brake in the front and a drum brake in the back. Overall, the Yamaha R15M is a lightweight, agile, and powerful motorcycle that is perfect for riders who want a sporty, energetic ride.
Yamaha R15M Design
The legendary Yamaha R7 has a significant influence on the Yamaha R15M.
A brand-new Bi-Functional LED Projector headlight with distinctive LED DRLs is mounted on the front part. The Yamaha MT 15 already uses the same Class D unit. Additionally, compared to R15 v3, the front profile feels thinner.
Yamaha has concentrated more on enhancing aerodynamics. This is done in order to regulate airflow better, which aids in improved stability at higher speeds. The tank profile becomes more streamlined as a result. Additionally, it has led to a somewhat changed location for the vents and the Yamaha emblem. Minor design changes are made to components including the side fairing, split-seat configuration, and exhaust pipe.
The rear LED taillamp remains unchanged aside from that.
Four additional colors—Red, Blue, Dark Knight, and Metallic Grey—will be offered for the Yamaha R15 v4 in addition to its current three.
Yamaha R15M Performance
A 155cc, Single-Cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, Liquid-cooled FI engine powers the Yamaha R15 v4. It has a maximum output of 14.2Nm of torque and 18.4PS of power at 7500 rpm.
Additionally, a 6-speed gearbox with an assisted slipper clutch is attached to it.
It's interesting to note that Yamaha has included more performance features.
Hazard Light Switch, Traction Control System, Quick Shifter, Golden-Colored Upside-Down Front Forks, and Bluetooth Connectivity are now included with the Yamaha R15 v4 model.
Yamaha R15M Additional Features
Some further noteworthy characteristics are the Dual Horn, rear Radial Tire, built-in Side-Stand Engine Cut-Off Switch, Dual-Channel ABS, Aluminum Swing Arm, and others.
1990mm in length, 725mm in breadth, and 1135mm in height are the measurements. Additionally, the wheelbase is 1135mm long. Ground clearance of the Yamaha R15 v4 is 170mm. The kerb weight is 142 kg as well. Surprisingly, the overall dimensions are the same as they were in the previous version.

The only color option for the Yamaha R15M is Metallic Grey.
A 3D R15M Logo, Blue Fork Caps, Golden Brake Calipers, a Gray Swingarm, Faux Carbon Seat Covers with Embroidered Logo, and a Gray Muffler Guard are some other cosmetic components.
Two additional choices are available for the R15 v4.
A Quick Shifter and Traction Control System are included in the R15 v4 Racing Blue model.
While Quick Shifter is absent from the R15 v4 Metallic Red and Dark Knight color versions, Traction Control System is included.
Due to this, the Racing Blue model is slightly more expensive than the Metallic Red and Dark Knight models.
